Dr. Mara Mesa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor based in Palm Coast, Florida, offering both in-person and telehealth services to adults across the state of Florida. She holds a Doctorate in Community Care and Traumatology and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Mesa provides care to a diverse range of clients. As a veteran, a wife, and a mother of three, she understands the unique demands of balancing personal and professional life. She brings lived experience and deep empathy to her work with clients navigating life’s challenges. Dr. Mesa is committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of purpose.
